Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
At PaceMakerLTD, we accept returns of unused merchandise in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- 30-day return window from date of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged equipment
- Items with removed tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Include the RAN and original receipt
- Ship the item to:

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Original payment method will be refunded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
5. Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Same item exchanges for different sizes are free
- Different item exchanges will be processed as a return and new purchase
- Exchange items must be in stock
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photos of damaged items
- We will cover return shipping costs
- Replacement or refund will be processed immediately
7. International Returns
For international orders:
- Same 30-day return window applies
- Customer responsible for return shipping and duties
- Original shipping charges non-refundable
- International shipping times may vary
8. Warranty Claims
For warranty-related issues:
- Different warranty periods apply to different products
- Proof of purchase required for warranty claims
- Manufacturing defects covered under warranty
- Normal wear and tear not covered
